APJ Events Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APJ Events Marketing Manager to develop and execute event strategies that drive conversions and strengthen our brand presence in the APJ region.

This role is critical to ensure that our event strategies resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile, build strong connections between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives, and create a consistent pipeline of high-quality events.

  • Create and execute event strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Collaborate with the APJ Field Marketing team and Global Marketing functions to meet business objectives.
  • Organise and manage high-quality regional events and webinars for prospects and customers.
  • Lead the planning and execution of various types of events, including Qualtrics-hosted events, scaled field activities, and major third-party trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of event management and planning experience in a B2B SaaS technology environment or large agency, with a proven track record of driving results through successful event strategies.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong critical and strategic thinking ability regarding event targeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of event marketing, management, and logistics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset that embraces innovative approaches to event marketing.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with an initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Six Sense, Salesforce, Tableau, Cvent, or Splash.
  • Proficiency or fluency in English.
