Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support to business development managers through customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Interact with customers to understand key requirements and market fundamentals.
  • Review data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and assess product needs.
  • Offer solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns, including technical validation.
  • Demonstrate technology solutions to business development managers and relationship managers.
  • Monitor top twenty sales opportunities for the region.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends associated with compliance portfolio.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk and compliance functions.
  • Prestigious presales and client management/customer success experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with compliance customers.
  • Ability to maintain understanding and awareness of compliance markets and solution offerings.
