Job Profile

As a newcomer to the team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the onboarding process using in-depth product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage customer onboarding through implementation and adoption of our comprehensive product suite.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives during customer transition to post-sales support.
  • Ensure seamless transition from Onboarding to Support once service is live.
  • Work closely with data experts to migrate data across from other systems during initial onboarding.
  • Provide technical guidance to help customers utilize the system successfully.
  • Deliver customer training throughout the onboarding process and maintain documentation.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in onboarding or implementation roles in similar SaaS businesses.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage onboarding/implementation processes, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with confident phone manner and active listening abilities.
