About this role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled AI onboarding specialist to join our team.
- You will be responsible for guiding retailers through setup, ensuring they are trained up on the platform, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- With your strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly, you will be able to adapt to changing priorities and wear different hats as needed.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and stakeholders on track.
- Review and validate product data to ensure it meets the required specifications.
- Configure and test the AI Assistant, making tweaks to the AI where necessary to ensure accurate answers.
- Troubleshoot, document fixes, and escalate when required.
- Pitch in beyond onboarding tasks, supporting tickets, demos, help docs, Looms, customer success management, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A big part of this role involves AI prompt engineering, so prior experience in prompt engineering is preferred.
- Experience in onboarding/implementation or customer success, particularly in SaaS/eCommerce, is highly valued.
- Data literacy, direct experience working with data, and confidence in validating data quality are essential.
- Code-comfortable but not a developer, you should be happy to make light tweaks in code snippets to configure, troubleshoot issues, or test.
- A clear communicator who can take direction and execute without being followed up.
- Highly organized, managing timelines tightly, keeping tidy notes, and proactively updating stakeholders (internal and external).
- Curiosity about AI and how it helps shoppers, eagerness to learn our product deeply, and a startup mindset are all essential.
