Cinema Team Member Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional entertainment experience. This involves delivering outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the cinema.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome and efficient check-in process
  • Process tickets and serve food & beverages with a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ensure that the cinema environment is clean and tidy at all times, adhering to health and safety protocols
