Project Leadership Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape the delivery of significant public sector and social infrastructure projects. From health, education, and justice through to transport-linked precincts, housing, and community infrastructure, we are seeking an exceptional project leader.

  • As a project lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading transaction and commercial advisory engagements for government and private clients.
  • You'll be part of a highly regarded team advising across:
  • Market engagement and strategic planning
  • Commercial structuring and financial analysis
  • Procurement design and contract negotiation
  • Bid evaluation and probity support
  • Partnerships across government, investors, and operators

You will be hands-on in complex deals, winning work, shaping strategy, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

About You
  • We know the market is competitive, so we're open to candidates who can demonstrate agility and apply their expertise across different sectors.
  • Ideally, you will bring:
  • Experience in transactions, commercial advisory, project finance, or major projects advisory
  • Exposure to infrastructure sectors - preferably social infrastructure, but transferable experience from transport, energy, utilities, defence, or property will be highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers
  • A passion for delivering projects that drive community and social outcomes
