Project Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Lead to lead the successful delivery of major data centre developments. This senior leadership role spans the entire project lifecycle, requiring strong leadership skills and commercial acumen to influence at all levels.

About the Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure that underpins the digital economy, leveraging expertise in project management, engineering, and architecture.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to champion a zero-harm culture throughout design, construction, and operations.
  • Establish governance frameworks, oversee compliance, and manage risk registers to drive project success.
  • Optimise timelines, monitor progress, and direct corrective action to accelerate project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects in data centre, mission-critical or high-services infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in property development, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
