Job Summary:

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve maximum revenue growth against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive consistency of brand signature and guidelines across all forms of communication.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, while driving revenue and market share.
  • Leverage key venue events and sponsorship programs to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity.
  • Support brand, partnership, and content initiatives as required to execute at property level.

Requirements:

  • Ability to confidently direct marketing with a proven track record of success in devising and implementing campaigns.
  • Communicates clearly with all relevant departments on promotional activity and requirements needed to facilitate promotions.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a low margin of error.
