As a Marketing Manager - Digital Strategy at Marriott International, you will be responsible for driving online revenue through effective marketing and e-commerce activity. This role is a key part of our team, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive revenue and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and key online travel agency (OTA) market managers
  • Improve visibility on all OTA sites through content, ranking, and promotion
  • Implement strategies to increase direct marketing and loyalty for return guests
  • Manage digital marketing expenses and optimize ROI
  • Develop and execute a consumer-generated content strategy
  • Manage search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns in conjunction with Marriott's digital strategy
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy
  • Develop and execute an offline marketing strategy as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Comprehensive experience across all areas of marketing, including digital
  • Strong computer skills, including website design experience
  • High level of efficiency and organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to executing marketing plans
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
