Position Overview
The primary objective of this role is to optimize financial outcomes by executing innovative marketing strategies both in-centre and online. This includes assessing marketing effectiveness and collaborating with internal teams, retailers, customers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute content across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and activations within the shopping centre portfolio.
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of various initiatives across the organization, including local and national retailers.
- Define and carry out marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the marketing plan and shopping centre objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and associated financial processes.
- Analyze and report on retailer sales performance and customer traffic trends.
- Oversee all digital components with a cohesive approach.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the shopping centre, its clientele, trade area, strengths, and challenges.
- Engage with retailers and relevant local groups and committees.
- Proven experience and proficiency in digital media, including website management, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
- Adept problem solver who can make informed decisions while being a collaborative team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills to achieve optimal outcomes through effective collaboration with colleagues, retailers, contractors, customers, and community contacts.
