The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel's marketing and e-commerce strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving online revenue through effective marketing and e-commerce activities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and key OTA market managers
- Improving visibility on all OTA sites through content, ranking, and promotion
- Implementing strategies to increase direct marketing and loyalty for return guests
- Effective control and execution of digital marketing expenses
- Managing Consumer Generated Content strategy
- Managing SEM and SEO campaigns in conjunction with Marriott Digital Strategy
- Driving social media strategy
- Driving offline marketing strategy as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Comprehensive experience across all areas of marketing, including digital
- Strong computer skills, including website design experience
- A high level of efficiency and organization
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to executing marketing plans
- The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
