As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to achieve maximum revenue growth against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive consistency of brand signature and guidelines across all forms of communication.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, while driving revenue and market share.
- Leverage key venue events and sponsorship programs to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity.
- Support brand, partnership, and content initiatives as required to execute at property level.
- Proven track record of success in devising and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to direct marketing efforts.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with a low margin of error.
You are a dedicated and passionate marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. You have a proven ability to develop innovative strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
