Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Capability Leader (SCL), you will:

  • Develop and lead a high-performance team
  • Build strategic customer relationships
  • Drive pre-sales and growth, working with sales teams
  • Identify, develop, and gather innovative solution capabilities, IP, and service offerings
  • Provide best-in-class services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective solution outcomes through hands-on governance and review of projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) relevant to the position, including 3+ years of consulting management experience
  • Direct line management experience, including project, people, and customer
  • Senior-level customer-facing skills to represent Oracle and drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, and risk mitigation
  • Able to articulate solutions with respect to the business requirements of the customer
  • Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team, including management of key consulting KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work within a dynamic and complex environment
  • Able to network and develop strong business relationships
Mandatory Skills

You will need expertise in at least two of the following Solution Pillars (Oracle technologies):

  • Digital Experience (Visual Builder Cloud VBCS, Applications Express APEX, Mobile development, Cloud Native etc.)
  • CX Tech (Responsys, Eloqua, Infinity, Unity etc.)
  • Analytics (Oracle Analytics Cloud OAC, Fusion Analytics Warehouse FAW etc.)
  • Reporting (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence OTBI, Business Intelligence Publisher BIP)
  • OCI AI/ML (Digital Assistant, Language, Speed, Vision, Document Understanding, Anomaly, Forecasting, Cohere)
