About the Role

We are seeking two dedicated Accounts Payable Officers to join our team at Port Stephens Council. As a key member of our Procure to Pay team, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administration support and ensuring the accuracy and precision of supplier payments and associated financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration support to the Procure to Pay team, including managing supplier payments and financial processes.
  • Offer a comprehensive and well-balanced approach to the delivery of procure to pay solutions, ensuring high levels of accuracy and precision.
  • Support a team in a challenging and rewarding environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage time and prioritize workload effectively, working as part of an effective team.
