Software Platform Leader

We seek a seasoned technical leader to oversee the performance, availability, and operational resilience of our modern cloud-based HR and Payroll solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading uptime management, performance monitoring, and capacity planning across Azure, SQL Server, and supporting infrastructure.

  • Own the technical operations of the platform.
  • Lead incident management and after-hours resolution activities.
  • Mentor technical staff and support DevOps maturity.
  • Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and customers to align technology and business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and automation scripting, as well as experience in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior IT roles, with a focus on operations and platform engineering.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in senior IT roles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and automation scripting.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code.
