East Coast Field Service Leader

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our VIC based technical team in Melbourne. This pivotal role involves day-to-day leadership of our VIC team, coordination of third-party service providers across VIC, NSW & QLD, and management of our VIC workshops.

In addition to leading the East Coast operations, this position acts as a key support to the West Coast Field Service Leader during periods of high demand or absence, ensuring national consistency in service delivery and technical standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory or senior technical field services role, ideally within the equipment industry. Strong leadership and people management capabilities are essential, along with experience using service management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support VIC based field technicians and workshop teams.
  • Manage third-party service providers across VIC, NSW and QLD to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee operations at our VIC workshop to maintain performance and quality.
  • Act as secondary support for West Coast field operations as required.
  • Ensure customer service excellence through efficient case management and technician dispatch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior technical field services role, ideally within the equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
