**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Training Expert to join our team. This role combines your strong Australian Tax knowledge with an interest in Training, Learning & Development.
This is a pivotal position in a highly regarded international firm, noted for its technical quality and proactive business advice. The firm continues to grow across practice areas, and partners share the same exciting plans for the future.
The role focuses on delivering up-to-date, tailored technical tax training and maintaining high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training to the Tax team nationally.
- Ensuring learning content remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with clients' evolving needs and circumstances.
- Development and production of appropriate Tax technical materials (internal and client-facing) to support the firm as a Tax technical thought leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
CA qualified with excellent Australian Tax knowledge/experience within a large firm. Strong communication and presentation skills with a desire to continually enhance the technical Tax skills across the Australian firm.
Location and Mobility:
You can be based in any major state capital.
