National Tax Training Director

Our organization seeks a National Tax Training Director to oversee the development, delivery and continuous improvement of technical training for its tax team nationwide. The successful candidate will have significant client-facing tax experience and a proven ability to critically analyze complex tax materials and programs.

This role involves working closely with senior leaders across the tax service lines, Learning and Development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate the delivery of timely and relevant training programs. Key responsibilities include managing the national tax training schedule, curating and managing a knowledge library, and leading national tax training projects as required.

  • A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
  • Experience (or demonstrated interest in) managing a comprehensive tax development program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders on training needs.
