Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our tax software products, leveraging your Australian tax experience.

You will deliver implementation projects of tax software for a range of clients, including large corporations. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our tax software products, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation.

You will support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations.

Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager. Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert. Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required. Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Australian tax
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
