Job Role Summary

The National Technical Training Manager, Tax is a critical position in our organization.

  • This role plays a key part in delivering timely and relevant training programs across tax service lines, working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to address technical training needs by level and market.
  • The national technical training schedule and L&D budget will be managed, ensuring training is delivered effectively and stakeholders are kept informed of expense tracking.

This position requires a qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience, including a working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.

Key Responsibilities
  • A knowledge library will be curated and managed to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools for Tax team members.
  • National training projects will be led as required, with project reports and status updates prepared accordingly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Critical analysis skills will be used to evaluate technical materials and programs, identifying gaps in technical competencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be applied when liaising with key stakeholders on training needs.
