We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Real Estate Tax team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective solutions by combining technical skills and strategic thinking to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing investment structures for clients, with a focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts and Managed Investment Trusts (MITs)
  • Collaborating closely with other financial advisory teams on large-scale transactions and projects
  • Conducting research and analysis on complex technical tax issues
  • Assisting clients with their tax compliance obligations, including preparing and reviewing trust and company tax returns
  • Working with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients and make submissions on policy matters
