Team Lead Position

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating, operating and maintaining a positive safety culture across all activities on site.
  • Have a hands-on approach to day-to-day activities to achieve business outcomes in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Manage operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.
  • Help develop and drive a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to Site Operators in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Proactively look to develop operational strategies that maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
  • Support the Site Manager in managing staff requirements to maximise labour utilisation.
  • Maximise allocation and utilisation of equipment between all activities.
  • Assist in the maintenance of site machinery, including the development of a preventative maintenance program.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Department of Agriculture requirements at all times.
  • Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site are maintained.

  • Accredited Officer (AQIS) or willingness to obtain.
  • Confined space ticket or willingness to obtain.
  • EWP Ticket or willingness to obtain.
