We are seeking an accomplished leader to manage the operations of our packing and warehouse facilities. This key role will assist in driving continuous improvement throughout all business processes and procedures, fostering a positive safety culture across all activities on-site.

About the Role:
  • Manage operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by senior management.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to staff.

This role has a strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all site machinery is properly maintained, including the development of an extensive preventative maintenance program.
  • Enforce strict adherence to regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • An Accredited Officer (AQIS) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A Confined Space Ticket or equivalent experience.
  • An EWP Ticket or equivalent experience.
