Team Lead Position

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our warehousing and packing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational synergies across warehouse and packing operations and assist with customer management.

  • Develop and implement business process improvements to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to manage day-to-day activities and achieve business outcomes.
  • Manage operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.
  • Develop operational strategies that maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
  • Support the Site Manager in managing staff requirements to maximise labour utilisation.
  • Maximise allocation and utilisation of equipment across activities.
  • Assist in the maintenance of site machinery, including development of a preventative maintenance program.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Department of Agriculture requirements at all times.
  • Ensure presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site are maintained.
Requirements
  • Open manual license
  • Forklift ticket
  • Accredited Officer (AQIS) or willingness to obtain
  • Confined space ticket or willingness to obtain
  • EWP Ticket or willingness to obtain
