Operational Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to lead our warehousing and packing team at our Moree site. This role will assist the Site Manager in all activities on site, driving continuous improvement and operational synergies across warehouse and packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive safety culture by implementing and maintaining effective safety procedures
• Driving business outcomes through hands-on approach and data-driven decision making
• Managing day-to-day operations at packing and warehouse facilities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks
• Developing and driving a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Maximizing site efficiencies while maintaining high safety and customer service standards
• Supporting the Site Manager in staff management, including recruitment, training, and development
• Ensuring presentation and cleanliness of site areas, adhering to company policies and standards

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Accredited Officer (AQIS) or willingness to obtain
• Confined space ticket or willingness to obtain
• EWP Ticket or willingness to obtain
