">The Team Leader role assists the Site Manager in all activities on site, driving continuous improvement throughout business processes and procedures. This key role drives operational synergies across warehouse and packing operations, assisting with customer management, and ensuring a high level of professionalism with all stakeholders.

- Assisting in creating, operating and maintaining a positive safety culture across all activities on-site.">
- Working in conjunction with the Site Manager to achieve business outcomes through hands-on day-to-day activities.">
- Managing operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.">
- Developing and driving a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to Site Operators.">
- Continuously developing operational strategies to maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.">
- Supporting the Site Manager in managing all staff requirements to maximise labour utilisation.">
- Maximising allocation and utilisation of equipment between all activities.">
- Assisting in the maintenance of site machinery, including developing an extensive preventative maintenance program.">
- Ensuring strict adherence to Department of Agriculture requirements at all times.">
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site.">
