The platform automates manual work, allowing users to onboard new employees in just 90 seconds and set up payroll, health insurance, computers, and third-party apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global sales teams to advise clients and prospects on customizing Rippling's payroll solution.
  • Understand technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's Global Payroll solution.
  • Manage technical demonstrations that address specific objectives.
  • Create and present technical and value-driven content to assist Sales.
  • Provide customer feedback to advance product strategy.
  • Develop an understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance standards for countries worldwide.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Rippling's features, functionalities, and limitations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of pre-sales experience in HRIS and Global Payroll or other customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action in a fast-paced environment.
