Shape the Future of Payroll Operations
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Payroll Manager to oversee all facets of our international payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and approve monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Own payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the payroll compliance team and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by our global team.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve and enhance payroll processes.
- Ensure effective delivery, SLA adherence, and strong relationships with service providers.
- Champion the implementation of future managed payroll services.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in large, complex organisations operating across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage change.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and mentorship of teams.
