Global Payroll Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage our global payroll operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in cross-border compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients across various countries and jurisdictions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Platform Implementation: Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Validation: Validate payroll data across digital platforms, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Global Payroll: Proven experience in managing global payroll operations, including cross-border compliance and risk assessment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll services.
