Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading manufacturer of market pulp, paper, and fibre-based packaging. Our company is committed to delivering innovative, environmentally sustainable products and working collaboratively to develop solutions that enhance our customers' competitiveness.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team located in Noble Park. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will excel at providing superior service to our external customer base through accurate data entry and timely processing of orders received via our internal systems. A collaborative relationship with the sales team will also be expected to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, precise and consistent with regards to detail orientation and approach to completing tasks, yet flexible at the same time to successfully manage the ever-changing demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

While prior experience working in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable, it is not essential.
