About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our national Customer Support Centre in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About You
  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role, preferably in the Scientific or Medical industry
  • Confidence in handling customer queries, sales orders, and customer returns via phone, email, or chat
  • Order management experience and understanding of inventory systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
