
Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff members while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless workflow across all departments, fostering effective communication between teams, and leading by example in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Provide expert leadership to the Front Office Team, promoting high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Coordinate workflows to guarantee 24/7 coverage of the front office.
- Offer exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to guests at all times.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also:
- Supervise and train Front Office Team Members to ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
- Facilitate open communication between departments and management.
- Set an excellent example in providing exceptional guest service.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Handling guest complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
- Conducting regular meetings with department heads to enhance and maintain guest service standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest comfort and satisfaction.
