We are seeking a driven and people-focused leader to oversee our proactive, phone-based Client Experience team.

About the Role:
  • Lead, coach and inspire a motivated client experience team by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and ensure the team is always ahead of the game.
  • Audit calls and processes to maintain high standards of quality and service consistency.
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted programs to support the growth and development of your team members.
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience in a team leader or supervisor role, preferably in a client service or call centre environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
