Are you a career-minded professional looking to take your hospitality skills to the next level?

The role of Team Leader plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with the operation, supervising team members and contributing to service excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on supervision and leadership to the team
  • Conducting team briefings on shift duties and tasks
  • Making key decisions to monitor productivity and performance
  • Delivering training and mentorship to team members

We are seeking someone with a background in hospitality who has experience leading teams, managing day-to-day operations, and driving results through excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational plans to drive business growth
  • Leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Hospitality
  • A minimum of 2-years of hospitality experience in a leadership role
  • Current RSA Certificate
