Service Excellence Specialist

As a Customer Service Officer, you will represent our clients as the frontline of their businesses. You will handle general and complex enquiries across various divisions, demonstrating the highest level of customer service through attention to detail and active listening.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries with compassion, actively listening to customers' needs, and assisting with online services. Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer systems, and a keen willingness to learn. Emotional intelligence and compassion are essential for handling sensitive calls.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm. A rotating 4-week roster ensures a diverse range of shifts. Valid visa and working rights in Australia are required, along with Government Clearance (Passport and Photo ID).
