Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our global supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with global 3PL partners
  • Monitor and resolve order issues, delays, and discrepancies
  • Ensure SLAs and customer delivery expectations are met
  • Track inventory levels across multiple markets and warehouses
  • Forecast demand based on sales trends, marketing campaigns, and seasonality
  • Identify potential stock-outs and recommend proactive solutions
  • Raise and manage purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Negotiate lead times and ensure production schedules align with demand
  • Manage and optimise our stock management system
  • Maintain accurate stock reconciliations and reporting

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have experience with supply chain management software and systems.
