Seeking a highly organized logistics professional to coordinate global shipping. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy of moving stock from origin to destination. Your high attention to detail and previous experience in shipping will see you hit the ground running as goods are delivered on a weekly basis by sea and air.

Having worked in a similar role, you understand the process and accountability involved for goods to be delivered in full, on time and ensuring full compliance is adhered to.

About the Role

- Import day to day shipping and logistics accountability
- PO management for all shipping cross trade and international markets
- Management of Export Shipments & documentation internationally
- Cross Trade Shipping Management
- Understanding and assisting of all export shipment bookings & documentation for all world-wide locations
- Liaising with all DC's stock transfers, terminal stock & returned stock movements

About You

- Previous experience in a shipping/logistics/supply chain environment, looking to focus on shipping or strong administrator who understands freight forwarding
- Tertiary qualification in international trade/supply chain/logistics or related field
- Retail industry experience desirable
- Clear and effective communicator on all levels including written and verbal
- Strong organisational & time management skills to meet shipping time frames
- Strong analytical & planning skills, insuring accuracy and interpretation of information
- Advanced data entry and computer skills in MS Office programs, specifically Excel and ability to pick up our internal programs
