Job Title: CRM Sales Support Coordinator

This is a crucial role within our organization, focused on the effective operation of our CRM systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is configured and utilized to its full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure and maintain the CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and user access management
  • Maintain accurate and reliable customer data through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up processes
  • Provide ongoing user support, and training to improve CRM adoption and usability
  • Point of contact for all users for onboarding and CRM troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain documentation outlining configurations and best practices
  • Customise the CRM with tailored fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM functionality with departmental workflows
  • Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer behavior and business performance
  • Develop and optimise marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor and support integrations with connected systems and tools

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in workflows, automation, templates, reporting, and user management. They should be proactive, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting teams and refining processes.
