About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our CRM function and drive business growth through effective data management and governance.

As a key influencer, you will support our commercial team by managing their newly launched CRM system. This includes partnering with national and global stakeholders, managing external vendors, and providing strategic guidance to sales and marketing teams regarding Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), customer segmentation, targeting, profiling, and analytics.

You will also develop and deliver training to ensure effective utilisation of the CRM and support multi-channel customer engagement. Additionally, you will oversee all system integration related to the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial analytic strategies aligned to sales and marketing data
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide training and support for sales teams and leaders at all levels
  • Lead and manage business reporting using data from multiple sources
  • Project Manage initiatives from strategy to implementation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce - Veeva CRM platform is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / health industry is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, I&T or related discipline are essential

In this role, you will enjoy operating with high visibility, demonstrating deep knowledge of business analytics, data governance, and system implementation. Your ability to deliver data integrity and market insights to assist in commercial decision making will be crucial. You will be a strong project manager and be comfortable in managing BI tools, data warehousing, and promotional material warehouse, as well as developing new reports/dashboards to meet business needs and provide constructive insight.
