Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee service delivery across multiple innovative vertical disability living communities.

This pivotal leadership position provides strategic and operational direction across several sites, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, staff performance, and service excellence.

  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred services across multiple vertical disability living sites.
  • Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the establishment and integration of new sites, from recruitment to service delivery.
  • Apply clinical and healthcare knowledge to support participant wellbeing and complex care needs.
  • Manage workforce planning and performance outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Build a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
About You

You are a strategic and hands-on leader with experience managing multi-site disability or healthcare services.

Key qualifications include:

  • Nursing or healthcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site, multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
  • Proven financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams.
