Executive Director of Healthcare Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced executive to lead and oversee service delivery across multiple innovative vertical disability living communities. These modern, purpose-built apartment-style residences are designed to empower people with complex disabilities to live independently, with access to 24/7 tailored support services.

About The Role
  • You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across several sites, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, staff performance, and service excellence.
  • Manage the operational setup of new facilities, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and apply healthcare expertise to ensure clinical oversight and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred services across multiple vertical disability living sites.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the establishment and integration of new sites, from recruitment to service delivery.
  • Apply clinical and healthcare knowledge to support participant wellbeing and complex care needs.
  • Manage workforce planning, performance outcomes, and stakeholder engagement across the portfolio.
  • Build a values-based culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
About You

You are a strategic leader with experience managing multi-site disability or healthcare services. You have a strong operational foundation and thrive in environments that demand both high-level planning and practical execution.

  • Nursing or healthcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site, multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
  • Proven change leadership skills and ability to inspire diverse teams.
