Manage budgets, workforce planning, and performance outcomes across the portfolio.
Build a values-based culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
About You

You have a strong operational and clinical foundation, ideally supported by nursing qualifications, and thrive in environments that demand both high-level planning and practical execution.
Essential Skills & Experience
Nursing or healthcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site, multi-disciplinary setting.
Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
Proven financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
Ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams.
Why This Role

You will have the autonomy to shape services, implement innovative solutions, and make a measurable difference in people's lives.
