About the Role
  • Providing support with personal care, community access, and daily routines for clients with complex trauma, high challenging behaviors, and/or high physical/clinical needs.
  • Working collaboratively with external care teams and families to deliver person-centered support and enhance participants' everyday living skills.
  • Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and high clinical needs.
  • Administering medication and following detailed health support plans.
  • Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques.
  • Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants.
About You

Successful candidates will have:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or related fields.
  • Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred).
  • Bachelor's in Nursing is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with high physical and clinical needs, including medication administration.
  • Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing.
  • Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle.
