Job Description

This role is focused on leading and delivering services across multiple vertical disability living communities. Empowering individuals with complex disabilities to live independently requires strategic and operational direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead service leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
  • Drive operational excellence through compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee new site establishment and integration from recruitment to service delivery.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to support participant wellbeing and complex care needs.
  • Manage workforce planning and performance outcomes.
  • Build a values-based culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
About You

Experience managing multi-site disability or healthcare services is required. A strong operational foundation is desired.
