Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful implementation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to customers to ensure successful implementation of our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct regular health checks to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of information security experience in either testing or consulting roles
  • Technical knowledge of security industry best practices and procedures
  • Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects, customer service, account management or customer success
