Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atomi. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption and ongoing use of our EdTech solutions, and representing Atomi with external thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored customer success plans to drive adoption and ongoing use of Atomi's EdTech solutions.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to build personal and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Use data, analysis, and insights to proactively manage customer activation and address at-risk customer groups.
- Coach customers to become product experts and train their teams on Atomi best practices.
- Partner closely with Atomi's Sales team to improve the customer experience and drive referral sales.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer success assets and methods to improve the way the customer success team works.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success with a demonstrated ability to negotiate beneficial commercial outcomes.
- Familiarity with 'land and expand' strategies within a business context.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
- Strong track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Effective partnership with internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts succinctly.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a questioning mindset.
