Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at Intrax, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with volume housing builders, ensuring their financial accounts are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management.
  • Deliver on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities.
  • Develop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in Residential Volume house or residential engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge of the residential design and builders' construction process.
  • Ability to work with CRM's to optimise processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
