Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients, provide support and guidance to maximize their satisfaction, and optimize the utilization of our services. You will be responsible for understanding the value points that matter to our clients and working collaboratively to advocate for their needs to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
About You:- You have a strong understanding of the telehealth or virtual care industry and healthcare trends.
- You hold higher education qualifications in healthcare management, business, commerce, information technology, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in customer success and/or customer retention.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- You have solid grounding in selling skills, including consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
- You have exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- You are able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- You have the ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- You possess strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and software used within the aged care sector.
- You have advanced level computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite, CRMs, project planning tools, and reporting capabilities.
- You have a strong understanding of the aged care sector, including regulations, client needs, and the challenges faced by both clients and service providers.
- You are able to meet and exceed performance and/or sales targets.
- You are able to travel at short notice to meet your clients and business needs.
- You hold a current unrestricted driver's license.
