Environmental Services Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional cleaning and food services within the Environmental Services Department. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and high standards of cleanliness and service, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive work environment through effective supervision, mentorship, and training of staff.
- Oversee task allocation to ensure efficient completion of work and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage essential administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, processing staff time sheets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide professional phone support to stakeholders.
- Support various department projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience in commercial and healthcare cleaning, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Showcase ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and possess strong teamwork skills.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, showcasing clear and confident interpersonal skills.
