About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong information and communication design skills, enabling effective knowledge transfer and understanding. Your experience in learning and development will be crucial, allowing you to create impactful training programs and resources.

You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with systems thinking capabilities, which distinguish training needs from other requirements such as process improvement, system design, communication, and change management.

Your Role

As a Learning Experience Specialist - Retail Capability, you'll work closely with the Learning Design team to develop comprehensive onboarding programs, upskill initiatives, performance support tools, and role transition programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating detailed content briefs and storyboards for various capabilities.
  • Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Consulting with subject matter experts across the bank to address small to medium change requests.
  • Determining the most appropriate learning interventions to meet business objectives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You'll require intermediate instructional design skills, including video production, e-learning, assessment creation, and classroom facilitation. Strong internal consulting skills are also essential, enabling you to manage diverse tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on your level of experience.
